4. Legal basis and purpose of handling personal information
EU common data protection statues legal basis for handling personal information is
\u2013 persons approval (documented, voluntary, personalized, aware and straightforward).
\u2013 register keepers eligible interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Purpose for handling personal information is communication between foundation and customers \/ users, keeping relations, marketing etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Information is not be used for automated decision making or profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Content of the register
Information collected are: name, statue, company\/organization, contact infomation (telephone number, email address, address), domain names, IP-address, username\/profile in social media services, information of the services subscripted and changes in those, billing details, other customer relations information and subscripted service information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Information is to kept in blog subscriptions until subscription terminates and on cookies no more than 1 year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Regular source of information
Information saved in register are received from customer\/user for example www-form based message, email, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other events where customer or user gives his\/hers information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Transference and moving of the information outside EU or EEA area
Information is not be released to others. information can be published in according agreement with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Information can be moved by keeper of the register also outside EU or EEA area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal information can be released to a third party and outside EU and EEA when outsourcing services or moving website on physical server. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Principals of protection register
Handling the register must always be done with care and protecting the data appropriately. When information is kept on webserver, hardwares physical and digital information security is taken care of appropriately. Keeper of the register takes care, that data and servers user permits and other critical personal information from security point of view information are dealt with confidentially and only by those employees, whose job description it is included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Right to check and right to demand information correction
Everyone who is in the register has the right to check his \/ hers own information and demand correction of false information or complete insufficient information. If a person wants to check his \/ hers own information of demand a correction, request must be sent in written to the keeper of the register. The keeper of the register may ask a proof of an identification. Keeper of the register answers to the customer\/user in limits of the time regulated in EU GDPR act (commonly this is one month).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. Other personal information related rights
Person in the register has the right to ask his\/hers information to be removed from the register (\u201dright to be forgotten\u201d). Also he\/she has other EU common data protection acts rights for example limiting the use of his\/hers information in certain situations. Request must be sent in written to the keeper of the register. The keeper of the register may ask a proof of an identification. Keeper of the register answers to the customer\/user in limits of the time regulated in EU GDPR act (commonly this is one month).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
